Printing Machines make use of sophisticated printing technology to
produce high quality, sharp and fine images. The set up cost of these
machines is extremely high, the cost of a gravure printing press is
approximately 10 times the cost of a lithographic press. Even the
machines parts are very expensive as compared to other printing
machines.These machines allow multi color printing at very high speeds. Most machines are equipped with in-line die cutting, sheeting and perforating mechanism and have a high performance drying system. The machines allow for quick changeover features and sleeve engraving to make the printing economical.
Gravure machines are generally custom manufactured and are designed with multiple print units for a specific range of products. These machines are also suitable for multi color printing of BOPP, PP, PET, PVC, LDPE and HDPE films and paper.
