How to Print 11x17 to 8.5 x11

Printing an 11 x 17″ Word document to fit on an 8.5 x 11″ page can be done in a few simple steps. To start, open the document in Microsoft Word and select File > Export. Choose Create PDF/XPS Document and click the Create PDF/XPS button. Save the file on your computer and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Select File > Print and choose the “Choose paper font by PDF page size” option in the Print dialog box. Under Page Sizing & Handling, you can choose from several options. Select 1 Page Per Sheet and Scale to Paper Size, then select Letter 8.5 x 11″. This will scale the entire document, regardless of its original size, to fit on an 8.5 x 11″ page when it's printed. When it comes to finding the best printer for the job, the Epson EcoTank ET-15000 is a great choice. It has USB, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity, supports Apple AirPrint and Mopria Print Service, and you can use the Epson mobile app to print, scan, and perform maintenance tasks. It also uses regular ink cartridges and has a fast printing speed with black documents but is much slower with color. The photo printing quality is excellent, producing detailed pictures with vibrant colors and minimal banding. The downside is that its printing speed is slow, as it can only push out eight black or color pages per minute. If you want to split an 11 x 17″ Word document into an 8.5 x 11″ PDF format so that you can reorder the print pages for viewing on the web, you'll need to draw your walls, doors and windows as real world object sizes in Microsoft Word. Then change the 'Page Setup Manager' and the 'Plot Dialog Window' so they look like this. Finally, plot from model space and set your plot to 1/4"=1''-0" using a plot window around your border.
